Jordan W. Turns a New Leaf With CEJA

After feeling stuck in a “dead-end job,” Jordan decided it was time to turn a new leaf and build a better future. He discovered the CEJA-funded Clean Energy Training Program at the Association House of Chicago, part of The Partnership’s network, where he gained hands-on skills and certifications that launched his solar energy career.

Just months after graduating, he landed a role as a solar installer, helping power communities across the Midwest with clean energy. Today, Jordan is earning more than a stable income, he’s contributing to a more sustainable future and a healthier planet.
