Program Description
In 2023, The Partnership and Cook County launched the Cook County Career Pathways Navigator program to support special populations, such as individuals with disabilities, economically disadvantaged families, homeless individuals, authorized refugees, and returning residents, by connecting them with organizations to assist in their career journeys.
