The Chicago Cook Workforce Partnership has modified the 2024-2028 Local Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) four-year Plan for Local Workforce Innovation Area 7 (Chicago and Cook County). As an essential component of the workforce development system, the WIOA Local Plan outlines the strategies and actions to be taken to address the workforce needs of our local community areas.
