Where YOU want to be!

We are The Chicago Cook Workforce Partnership (The Partnership). For more than a decade, The Partnership has been the non-profit umbrella organization that operates the largest public workforce system in the country, in Chicago and Cook County.  We believe that workforce development is economic development. If you are interested in mission-based work, where you can make a difference every day, connecting job seekers to careers that change their lives and businesses to the diverse talent pool they need, let us hear from you. As the designated administrator of federal workforce development funding for the City of Chicago and Cook County, The Partnership oversees a network of more than 90 community-based organizations, American Job Centers (AJCs), satellite sites, and sector-driven centers. We also oversee a diverse portfolio of dozens of initiatives representing other public, corporate and philanthropic funds.
