Request For Proposals for American Job Center WIOA Title I Services

The Chicago Cook Workforce Partnership (The Partnership) and the Local Workforce Innovation Area #7 (LWIA 7) Workforce Innovation Board (WIB) are issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to identify delegate agencies through a competitive selection process to provide workforce services at 11 American Job Centers (AJC) throughout Cook County, including the City of Chicago, in accordance with Title I of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA or The Act). The 11 AJC sites are located at spaces leased by The Partnership and or one of our WIOA partners. The Partnership seeks innovative service delivery proposals that meet the specifications outlined in this RFP and that are characterized by customer-centered service delivery, community collaboration, strategic integration, and incorporate the principles of responsiveness, inclusivity, accessibility, accountability, continuous improvement, and impactful outcomes.

Proposals must be submitted by 4:00 PM (CT) on Monday, March 23, 2026. Proposals must be submitted electronically using the submission form per submittal instructions in the RFP.
