We are The Chicago Cook Workforce Partnership (The Partnership). The Partnership is the non-profit umbrella organization that operates the largest public workforce system in the country. As the designated administrator of federal workforce development funding for the City of Chicago and Cook County, The Partnership oversees a network of approximately 70 community-based organizations, American Job Centers, satellite sites, and sector-driven centers. If your application moves forward after our initial review, a member of our Hiring Team will reach out to schedule your first interview, typically a phone conversation to get to know you better. Depending on the role, you may also be asked to complete a task that showcases your technical skills and communication style. Candidates who advance will participate in one or two additional interviews with team members, including the hiring manager. As a final step, our CEO enjoys meeting finalists to ensure alignment with our culture and vision.
