Formerly incarcerated people discuss career obstacles during Second Chance Month

April was Second Chance Month, a time to raise awareness about the obstacles faced by over 70 million Americans with a criminal record and unlock opportunities for them to succeed. The Partnership CEO Karin M. Norington-Reaves and author Jeff Korzenik joined ABC 7 Chicago’s segment, “Our Chicago,” with Jeff Korzenik to discuss The Partnership’s April 21 virtual event, A Hire Calling.
