The Bridges from School to Work program, established by the Marriott family, places youth with disabilities in jobs with local employers. The Bridges staff works one-on-one with out of school youth (up to age 24), helping them find a job that fits their interest and abilities. The Bridges staff provide Career Coaching, Job Clubs, Resume development, Interview preparation, Job Placement and Job Retention supports.
