Request for Proposals EXTENDED: Illinois Future Energy Jobs Act Solar Training Pipeline Program

The Chicago Cook Workforce Partnership (The Partnership) has extended the deadline for proposals.

The Partnership requests proposals for program providers under The Illinois Future Energy Jobs Act (FEJA) Solar Training Pipeline Program. Pursuant to FEJA, Commonwealth Edison Company (ComEd) is disbursing $3 million in 2021 to continue funding the Solar Training Pipeline Program. The Partnership will administer the review process and make final grant recommendations to ComEd. ComEd will disburse the funds and oversee program implementation throughout the life of the grant.

Proposals must be submitted by 4:00pm CST on Monday, June 7th, 2021. Proposals must be submitted electronically per the instructions in the RFP.
