State Energy Sector Partnership

This U.S. Department of Labor multi-year grant was used for training, certification and job placement in a variety of energy-related occupations/fields, including: gas utility, masonry, carpentry, building analyst and energy auditor. Partner agencies included: the Hispanic American Construction Industry Association, Chicago Women In Trades, the Midwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (MEAA), the Utility Workers Union (UWUA), and the Chicago Regional Council of Carpenters Apprenticeship and Training Program (CHICAP).
