The Chicago Cook Workforce Partnership (The Partnership) requests the submission of proposals from individuals or firms to provide assistance with Developing Manufacturing Assessment Tools.

The Partnership will accept proposals from experienced teams with the skills, experience, resources, and commitment needed to successfully meet the goals outlined in the RFP. An evaluation committee has been established by The Partnership to assist with technical questions and/or clarifications of the RFP document. Submissions will be accepted for one or more parcels.

All proposals must be received by March 25, 2015 no later than 4:00 p.m. CST. Additionally, proposals must be submitted in both electronic and paper form, according to the following rules. Bidders must submit one original and 2 hard copies of the proposal to The Partnership addressed as follows:

In addition, an electronic copy of the proposal documents must be submitted on a USB flash drive or CD with all documents saved as adobe.pdf, Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel files.

Proposals will not be accepted via fax transmittal.
