The Mission of Proviso Leyden Council for Community Action, Inc. (PLCCA) is to promote community development while empowering people through education, training, and supportive services. PLCCA serves approximately 30,000 individuals and families throughout 38 municipalities annually, including the near West Side (Austin and North Lawndale communities) of Chicago, plus Lynwood, and Chicago Heights of South Suburban Cook County.
