Elgin Community College has grown into a nationally recognized institution that offers over 130 degree and certificate options featuring dozens of transfer agreements with top four-year institutions, as well as career and technical programs to prepare students for immediate employment in rewarding careers. The Workforce Development and Continuing Education Department has provided WIA/WIOA services to students for the past 19 years, providing a holistic approach in preparation for entry into the workforce.
