Hospitality Hires Chicago (HHC) is a Partnership-led hiring initiative, supported by numerous community-based organizations in The Partnership’s network. HHC is a multi-industry hiring event that connects employers across diverse sectors with qualified career seekers. Through The Partnership’s collective network, the event engages employers spanning hospitality, clean energy, construction, healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, and other high-demand industries.

Register as an Employer

HHC is designed to connect local businesses with their next great hire in-person by matching qualified candidates to employers’ specific needs. For the best results, employers are asked to provide their employment opportunities and job descriptions, and send team members able to make conditional hires on the spot.

The employer registration is a two-part process for HHC.

  1. Submit your payment request to Choose Chicago on their event payment portal.
  2. Complete the Employer Questionnaire, which includes specific information pertaining to your employment opportunities and uploading your job descriptions.
