It is against the law for this recipient of Federal financial assistance to discriminate on the following bases:

What to do if you believe you have experienced discrimination:

If you think that you have been subjected to discrimination, you should file a complaint within 180 days of the violation. You can file in one of the following ways:

Can I file a complaint if I discover illegal activity?

Under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), you have a legal Right to File a Complaint. You have the right to file an Incident and Occurrence Report if you have discovered or detected a situation such as fraud, theft, abuse or other criminal activities.
